Terres Noires is a solo ambient noise project by Faizal Rachmansyah or Ayiz that was formed in 2019. His work transcends conventional boundaries. Armed with a guitar and an array of unconventional objects, he crafts sonic landscapes that challenge our perception of sound. The genesis of Terres Noires lies in a fascination with pushing the limits of sound. They also delve into the realms of dark ambient, unveiling shadowy soundscapes that invite the listener into a haunting, yet mesmerizing journey through the depths of the subconscious. Terres Noires invites us to question, to listen, and to experience music in its rawest, most primal form. Prepare to be swept away by the tempestuous waves of sonic universe.
